Well, for the first time in four years, it's February 29.

In celebration of this special occasion, we'll be holding a special "Best of 2003" award to honor our best comics, characters, and quotes from last year. You may have seen an announcement for this on our forum. After much deliberation, we've come up with our nominees for each category.
